Modelling

I've had it in mind for ages to model up as realistic a human as i could do in Maya so i could spend some time  working on realistic skin shaders. 

Found a good series of tutorials on Digital Tutors and have been following along the last few days.







Love the stuff it's going into. Lots of redrawing topology to follow lines of anatomy. Ear was an absolute nightmare though.

Leaving this for a wee bit now. I'll try and get some updates to it in a few weeks. Got to start building the crash site for Divided this week.

I also got a rather nifty job drawing a comic over the summer. NDA in place so I can't talk about it or post any of the work for it for now :|

*Some better renders. Also worth mentioning the modelling stage is no where near finished yet. No details have been added, this is all just blocking out the major forms and adding resolution where it will be needed.
